1. Dress code
Guests must comply with a minimum dress code consisting of swimwear such as a swimsuit, bikini, or swimming shorts.
2. Age limit
The minimum age for using the sauna alone is 16 years.
3. Own responsibility
Guests understand and accept that use of the sauna and swimming in the sea is at their own risk. Guests are encouraged to assess their own health and physical condition before use.
4. First aid equipment
Guests are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the location of first aid equipment and report any deficiencies.
5. Fire safety
Guests must follow all fire safety instructions provided by staff. Smoking or the use of open flames inside the sauna is strictly prohibited.
6. Responsibility for personal property
The business does not accept responsibility for loss or theft of personal belongings during the visit, including clothing and valuables.
7. Hygiene
Guests must maintain appropriate personal hygiene when using the sauna, including the use of towels or seating mats.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation or changes to bookings must be made more than 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
9. Changes to services
The business reserves the right to change availability or services without prior notice due to maintenance, repairs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Responsibility for well-being and safety
Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their visit. Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from negligence or violation of safety rules is the responsibility of the guest.
11. Disclaimer of liability
The business disclaims responsibility for direct or indirect damages, losses, or costs resulting from the use of the sauna or swimming in the sea.
By using the sauna facilities, guests confirm that they have read and accepted these terms.

13. Membership and subscription
Membership provides access to the facilities and services from the moment of purchase. Subscriptions have no fixed period and may be cancelled at any time either by contacting us or through Vipps.
After payment, access remains valid for the full month regardless of cancellation date. A 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
14. Booking
When making a booking, access to the facility or activity is granted at the scheduled time. Payment is made at the time of booking and is considered delivered when the visit begins.
If a booking is made incorrectly, guests may request a refund or adjustment before the scheduled visit time.
15. Complaints
Complaints should be submitted within a reasonable time. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the customer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council.
